Independent Tesla repair in Sharjah
We repair and service the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X at our workshop in Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, for owners from Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. EV Zone is an independent workshop, not a Tesla service centre: the car is diagnosed first, you get a written quote on WhatsApp before any work starts, and we can arrange pickup and drop-off if you cannot bring the car in.

16V lithium-ion batteries
Newer Teslas use a 16V lithium-ion low-voltage battery instead of the older 12V one. After a replacement it needs a reset and configuration, which we do as part of the job.

Heat pumps
The Model Y, and the Model 3 from the 2021 model year, use a heat pump that heats and cools both the cabin and the battery, so an AC fault can also affect charging in summer.

Recalls and warranty repairs
Recalls Tesla has recalled parts on some cars, including battery-pack contactors on some recent Model 3 and Model Y. Recall repairs are free at Tesla: check your VIN with Tesla first.

Tesla service and independent workshops
Tesla looks after warranty repairs and recalls through its own service. For work outside the warranty, and for jobs such as radiator deep cleaning, suspension parts and 16V batteries, you can also use an independent workshop.
At EV Zone we work on the Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X. The pages for each model list the jobs we do on them: Model 3, Model Y and Model S and Model X.
What to send before you come
The model and year, the mileage if you know it, and a photo of any warning on the screen. For noises, a short video with the sound helps us understand what is going on before the car arrives.
How a Tesla repair works at EV Zone
- Message us. Send the model, year and what you notice on WhatsApp, with a photo of any warning on the screen or a short video of a noise.
- Bring the car in. Come to the workshop on 18 St, Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, Saturday to Thursday between 08:00 and 19:00, or ask us about pickup and drop-off.
- Diagnosis, explained. We check the car and explain what we found and what we recommend before any repair starts.
- Handover. When you collect the car, we walk you through what was done.

Questions owners ask
Is EV Zone an authorised Tesla service centre?
No. EV Zone is an independent workshop. We are not part of Tesla and not authorised by it; we use the Tesla name only to say which cars we work on.
Which Tesla models do you work on?
The Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X.
How do I book?
Send the model, year and what you notice on WhatsApp, or use the quote form, and we agree a time with you.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off for a Tesla?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged. Tell us where the car is and which days suit you when you message us on WhatsApp, and we confirm the details with you.
What does a Tesla service at EV Zone cover?
We carry out minor and major services and standard inspections. A service checks the tyres, brakes, suspension and steering joints, coolant, radiator and condenser, cabin air filters, the low-voltage battery, lights, wipers and washers, and the alerts stored in the car, with cabin filter replacement and a brake fluid change when they are due. Can you replace a complete drive unit or a complete battery pack?
Yes, when the checks show that a repair will not do. Where the fault allows it we repair: motor bushes, isolation faults, contactors, the PCS and the pyro fuse. When a drive unit or a high-voltage battery pack does need replacing, we replace the complete unit, with the programming the car needs afterwards, and we explain the options before any work starts. A Tesla that will not charge can have a PCS, contactor or charge-port fault while the cells are healthy, so the pack is only replaced when the tests point to it.
