Ask for a battery health report when you sell or return a fleet car, and for a pre-purchase inspection before you take on a used one.

Questions fleet managers ask
Which cars do you service?
Electric and hybrid cars, including Tesla, VW ID. and BYD. Tell us the makes in your fleet on WhatsApp and we confirm the work we can take on. See all services.
How do we open a company account?
Message us on WhatsApp or email info@evzoneuae.com with your company name, a contact person, how many cars you run and the work you need.
How long will a car be off the road?
It depends on the job and on parts. Send the details on WhatsApp before the car comes in, and we can give you an idea.
How does invoicing work?
Servicing for the cars on a company account is invoiced monthly.
When are you open?
Saturday to Thursday, 08:00 to 19:00. Closed on Friday.
Can we get a battery health report when a car is sold or returned?
Yes. A battery health check gives you a written report with the state of health, cell balance, temperatures, insulation and stored alerts, for any electric car.
Do you pick up and drop off fleet cars?
Yes. Tell us where the cars are based when you open the account.
How are fleet prices set?
Per contract, based on the number of cars and the work you need. Every repair still comes with a written quote before it starts; see how we price a repair.
Can you service rental cars between hires?
Yes. Routine minor and major services and inspections are the core of fleet work, and fleet cars get priority booking so they are back on the road quickly.
